This notice explains how Northframes handles information you share when asking about a website, app, CRM/POS or branding project.

Information you choose to share

Project enquiries may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, service of interest, budget range, launch timeframe and project brief. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in an enquiry.

Website and business contact

The project enquiry form collects your name, business name, email, an optional phone number, selected service, timing and short requirement. We use these details to respond to this enquiry by email or, if you provide a phone number, by phone. Providing a phone number does not sign you up for unrelated promotions or automated WhatsApp messages. Netlify processes and stores form submissions for Northframes. Email enquiries go to hello@northframes.in, hosted with Zoho Mail.

Advertising enquiry forms

If you submit a Northframes enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes that submission and makes the details available to Northframes. The form may request your name, email address, phone number and project requirements. We use these details to understand your project and respond to the enquiry by email or phone. Submitting an enquiry is not a purchase or a commitment to a project. It does not sign you up for unrelated promotions or automated WhatsApp messages.

How we use your information

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a scope conversation.
• Prepare a quote and communicate about a project you request.
• Keep relevant enquiry and project records and protect our services from misuse.

We do not sell enquiry details. We do not treat a project enquiry as permission for unrelated bulk marketing. You can ask us to stop following up at any time.

Platforms and technical data

Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process essential technical logs such as IP addresses and request information. This website does not currently include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Email and social platforms process information under their own privacy notices. Client websites linked from our portfolio have their own practices.

Keeping and correcting details

Prakhar Pincha handles project enquiry follow-up in Hindi and English. We retain enquiry details for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Project records may be kept separately while needed to deliver a requested project and maintain necessary business records. Contact hello@northframes.in to access, correct or delete your enquiry details, or ask us to stop following up. Some project records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.
