The customer app connects a laundry request with the store’s actual order and billing workflow. Customers can see the next step instead of searching through messages.

Choose services, share a pickup address and review the request before submitting.

Store-recorded milestones explain whether clothes have been collected, are at the workshop or are out for delivery.

View the linked bill

Customers can see the bill and its paid or outstanding balance. Staff remain responsible for billing and payment records.

A connected customer experience

The build also includes profile, support, vouchers and wallet areas. Those features require their own project scope.
