Staff roles and billing needs
Agree who can view or change information. POS, invoices, payments and tax requirements are reviewed as part of the scope.
Export, onboarding and handover
Agree how the team will use the software, retrieve its information and maintain the system after handover.
Applicable taxes, hosting, maintenance, paid APIs, hardware and data migration are extra. Full ERP, multi-store rollouts, complex integrations and unlimited features require separate scope. Time savings, revenue and lead counts are not guaranteed.

Yes. We first map the enquiry, booking, job, status and billing steps your team needs. Laundry, repair and other service operations can each require different rules.
Does the starting price include a full ERP?
No. The starting offer is one clearly scoped workflow. Multiple departments, stores, migrations and integrations need a separate quote.
How do we get a scoped quote?
Share your current workflow, users, key records, reporting needs and existing tools. We then agree the features, responsibilities and costs in writing.
